Kim Blaylock is Superb- You could not ask for a better Realtor!

Sadly my mom became sick in 2020 with COVID and has just deteriorated since then. My mom lives in Clermont Fla and we live in the Philadelphia area and NJ. I had to eventually place my mom in an assisted living facility because we are too far to care for her and she did not want to return to the cold weather in the North. So I managed her home in Kings Ridge for almost 3 years. Finally, we decided it was time to sell the home. I was at a loss for who to use as a realtor and my mom’s neighbor recommended Kim Blaylock.

I was a little hesitant because I had had a bad experience with a realtor who had been recommended in the past. But once I met Kim I felt like I was in very safe hands!

I really had no idea how amazing Kim would be! Given the distance from where my mom’s house is and where I live, it was quite a challenge to manage getting it ready to be placed on the market. Kim was incredible! She went above and beyond to help with letting cleaners into the house after I returned home. We had several issue with the HOA - we had to replace bushes- Kim went to Lowe’s and purchased bushes and was planning to plant them! (I told her that that was just too much and found a handyman to do that. She had every intention of doing that her self.

We had several issues that were unforeseen during the process and Kim dealt with these issues and got me the resources that I needed- ie Attorney referral!

Despite all the issues, Kim got the house sold at the asking price in record time. She continued to support me throughout the process of disposing of the furniture in my mom’s home. She researched and found a wonderful female owned business Bless This Mess- whose owner, Erin helped to find new homes for my mom’s piano, office furniture and beds. Kim then found a great organization The Hope Center - where they came and picked up the furniture.
Kim also let in the cleaners prior to the closing. There are not enough space here to sing the praises of Kim. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIM!

Start to finish a five star experience
From our first meeting I knew Kim would be the right choice. She does an amazing job at research and market analysis. She gives you candid opinions when when they may not be what you want to hear so that you are fully informed to make the right choices. There were a few hurdles along our path and at no point did I ever feel any frustration or resignation on her part, it was always "well how can we fix this?"
On top of everything else we ended up closing over twice what we thought we would. I'm not generally one to call people stupid without knowing them, but if you don't choose her to help you sell your property then you probably are.  Russell Wiggins

Phenomenal Realtor!

It's not very often that you meet a special soul, and Kim truly is a special soul!

I did not know Kim prior to the purchase of our house in Winter Garden, FL, but now I consider her one of my best friends, I consider her 'family'. My daughters and I went through, and are enduring through, a life changing event with the loss of my wife. Even after the purchase of our home, and after the passing of my wife, Kim would check in occasionally to see how we were doing and sincerely ask if there was anything she could do to help us. She was 'always' there to help with questions, and when I made the decision to sell the house in order to move back closer to friends and family, Kim was there to help weigh the pros and cons of doing so.

During the sale of my house, she helped cover so many of the details the entire way through the sale, and helped handle many of the issues that sometimes arise during the process.

This was our third "family" real estate transaction with Kim. We have always found Kim to be very responsive, a good communicator and very interactive with us. After 22 years, we finally decided that we were at the time in our life that it had become too difficult for us to continue to maintain our 102 year old home in Historic Downtown Winter Garden. We knew Kim from our church, and we also knew others from our church who were very pleased with the real estate services Kim provided. We were very worried, however, that we would sell our home but not be able to find a home we could love nearly as much as our special historic home. Working with Kim to sell our townhome was a great experience! She walked us through the entire process, hired a photographer to take pictures for the listing, and was always available for any questions we had. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and hands on. I highly recommend her!
