It's not very often that you meet a special soul, and Kim truly is a special soul!

I did not know Kim prior to the purchase of our house in Winter Garden, FL, but now I consider her one of my best friends, I consider her 'family'. My daughters and I went through, and are enduring through, a life changing event with the loss of my wife. Even after the purchase of our home, and after the passing of my wife, Kim would check in occasionally to see how we were doing and sincerely ask if there was anything she could do to help us. She was 'always' there to help with questions, and when I made the decision to sell the house in order to move back closer to friends and family, Kim was there to help weigh the pros and cons of doing so.

During the sale of my house, she helped cover so many of the details the entire way through the sale, and helped handle many of the issues that sometimes arise during the process.
